The 時辰 is not correct?
For example, 寅 is from 3 to 5 and not 2. 時辰 is every 2-hourly instead of hourly. This is supposedly a 24-hour timing but Kurono reflects them as 12-hourly, meaning the hourly indices are all incorrect except for 12 o'clock.
They are “Kanji Zodiac indices, used in East Asia to denote time and cardinal directions.”
