My U50S has been thrown onto concrete floors by my kids. I’ve taken the sharpest kitchen knife to the black PVD on tegiment, and all that came of it was residue coming off of the knife. Go for it!

Reflected in many of my posts. In terms of functionality and quality for me it was between omega and Sinn… so I don’t own any because it essentially became a redundancy but it doesn’t mean that I don’t love the brand because I really do… Wish I could own them all… it’s the only watch I bought used I’ve had it for about six years… Purchased it as a beater and very often wear it on the outside of my ski jacket so it really has taken… A beating!

A rock solid watch which can withstand the situations of daily life. Sinn U50. I see and hear many watch influencers pricing Sinn into heaven. It must be the Rolex under the affordable watches if i must belief the watch influencers. They paid? But no kidding, i read a good reply already of one of our friends. A better advice is impossible. I do not know Sinn, so i am curious if you take the Sinn plunge. I stay tuned.
