Lazy weekend for us with not much to do but the usual walks and routine. I did have a couple online virtual discussions / meetings but that's all. Had the 5980/1A all weekend. Took this photo of Jesse J. She is so adorable sitting on my lap 😉😺

The dial, the metal, the size. Enough said. Enjoy this gem in good health always. H.

Also always wondered why they didn’t make it a Speedmaster only book instead of Moonwatch?

And the watch is beautiful, too! (Hi Jesse J!). This for me is the watch I wind up grabbing when I'm being indecisive. Perfect for just about everything and now that my watchmaker has regulated it, about +2 seconds per week. As Nero Wolfe would say "satisfactory". Kent

Is a Rolex Master Watchmaster and is authorized to do the work under warranty. He's also a friend and it only took 3 days. There can be a big advantage to having a good relationship with your local AD! He has also regulated my Seiko SLA037 Hi Beat to 0.5 sec. per day, under warranty. Good people who have earned my loyalty. Kent
