They are tools after all but most people treat them like FabergΓ© eggs πŸ₯š 😜 I even played squash once with a Tourbillon but that was not intentional since I did not want to take it off and put it in my gym bag due to the possibility of theft so it felt safer on my wrist πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ Regardless of minor shock or slight damage, it could be sorted out with a treatment at the spa, worse case scenario πŸ˜‰ Wear your watches people and enjoy them as they were meant to be πŸ‘

I've started to wear my Grand Seikos doing things I otherwise would have reserved for my less expensive pieces. It would still hurt to have to send it to GS for a repair (mainly due to time lost and GS' servicing dept has something of a reputation) but it's worth it in what it adds to memories with the watch and to the ownership experience - in really being able to own an object fully and extract value from its use. Much nicer than the ownership model of being a caretaker and worrying how blemis

More games. I've two more booked before the end of the year and I kept a record of how many I played. Considering I'm not retired, work full time and was locked out of my course due 4.5 months I will have played 77 games by new years eve. I also walked many more miles than every before. Took up hiit sessions 5 days a week. I've never been fitter since I was in my twenties. I also went on lots of cycles with me youngest son. Spent more time with the rest of the clan as I wasn't on a flight every

I enjoy playing golf alone. When I am trying to hone in my game, it’s helpful to be out alone with my thoughts. It also keeps my pace at a good rate.
