this year Girard-Perregaux did as every year not forget about the Ladies.

Besides the Ladies Laureatos the Cat’s Eye is really the most recognisable Ladies Girard-Perregaux watch.

The Cat’s Eye collection is of considerable size already, but adding new versions is here even more important than it may be in the other collections.

Having variety and every year a new reason to get a gift for our loved ones is a good strategy.

At SIHH, Girard-Perregaux introduced the Cat’s Eye Plum Blossom.

A pure time-only watch without seconds hand that gives full focus on the beautiful crafted dials that have been spiced up with a jewelled plum blossom.

Available in Steel with white Mother-of-Pearl dial, bezel set with 62 diamonds.

The strap is now calf-leather with a satin effect rather than the usual satin straps we know from other Cat’s Eyes. This will likely provide for a longer lifespan of the strap even though the white may get dirty quickly.

The back-side reveals the automatic movement GP03300, which is well-known and comes with a nicely decorated steel rotor.

I think the blossom on the dial adds a very nice and eye-catching detail, for a non-complicated Cat’s Eye, probably my favourite right now.

The watch is also available with the know Cat’s Eye Steel bracelet.

A second variant of the Plum Blossom comes in Pink Gold case with blue Aventurine dial.

Now the Plum Blossom completes the Aventurine collection.

The blossom is again jewelled however not set in pink stones but with opaline coloured stones, providing a nice contrast to the blue dial.

The pink gold case is again set with 62 diamonds on the bezel and has a matching blue shiny alligatror strap with pink gold folding buckle.

The backside has also a little twist. The pink gold rotor is shaped with blossom leaves. A very cool detail in my view.

There will also be a high-jewellery version in white gold with full diamond set dial available.

Great addition to the Cat’s Eye family, simple time-only but a really nice twist on the dial with the blossoms.
