You are reading the post correct a 40mm Octa Calendrier, One of very few watches made in Platinum 40mm case in gold dial. The timepieces with gold dials were design and made only for 38mm cases. You can tell mostly because the bezel is much thicker on this than others out there. Don't let them deceive you on an incorrect case size.

The Octa Calendrier is a full 40mm case in platinum and platinum bracelet. Large retrograde date display with Day and Month indicator. Most recognized offset dial for time and seconds with Platinum bracelet.
