It is a very thin (8.3mm) and sleek watch, but you can definitely feel the weight on your wrist as it is made from 18K white gold. In fact, it is even heavier than many other Patek Philippe watches with more complex complications, probably due to the thickness of the white gold used in the case of this watch.

Most people think the color of 18K White Gold is the same as Stainless Steel. That is not true, especially with Nautilus. The 18K White Gold version is indeed more beautiful in real live than the Stainless Steel version, because its White Gold has a deeper depth of contrast and shinier. Furthermore, the slightly more prominent brushed finishes on the bezel and case just make it look more "special" than the SS version.
