After researching vintage Patek watches for years, found a 3579 model with a unique blue sunburst dial. Made from 1969 to 1974 in limited quantities, features a distinctive C-shape case. A valued addition to my collection.

Patek Philippe ref. 3579, rare model linked to Japanese market, approx. 200 made. Features steel case, 33x38 mm, manual winding caliber 23-300. Dials vary blue/silver with markers or Roman numerals.

I have to confess that it is a reference I discovered very recently. Credit picture: Christies. 33 mm steel cushion case, manual winding movement, which is surprising for a watch from this era ( 70's ). Funky, yes, but not lacking elegance! Best, nicolas
