Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K white gold medical wristwatch with coaxial single-button chronograph, register, pulsometer and a white gold Ulysse Nardin buckle.
18kt white gold solid, polished, case back with 4 screws and embossed with a portrait of Ulysse Nardin, concave lugs, sapphire crystal. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer red pulsometer graduation. Blued steel spade hands. M. Cal. UN 38, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, the coaxial single button on the winding crown for start/stop and return-to-zero. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
