Ulysse Nardin chronograph moonphase

FS: Very rare ULYSSE NARDIN chronograph. 18k yellow gold, 37mm case with beautifully articulated lugs, utilizing the same Lemania (2320) movement used today by PP, Breguet, and Vacheron.

VERY high grade watch with a 12 hour chronograph, and a moonphase and date indicator in the "12" position. According to UN They made around 200 of these over approximately a 10 year period.

Watch is in 95% condition. It was serviced at UN in Switzerland around 5 years ago and at that time a new dial and hands were put on the watch - so their condition is near-new. It has been serviced since, by a master watchmaker here in the US.

You will be hard-pressed to find this historic calibre in any watch that sells for under 20k today. In the late 1980's this watch retailed for $17k.

It comes with a UN box, but no papers. I do have confirmation from UN that less than 200 examples of this reference (531-22) were ever made.
