Just to share some photo taken with my mobile phone camera. It was really a very enjoyable event; the atmosphere was very family and cozy, the participants were nice and the food . . was simply delicious. Thanks to the organizers and especially to Michelle Chen, Joanna, Manfred and Franck for being such generous hosts.

I can say with CERTAINTY, the bacon wrapped king salmon is best dish of the night ;)-

The salmon was indeed fresh nd sumptous....
as for that guy standing in the background... have displyed his precision at barrel assembly, he's starting at Lange soon as Master watchmaker for turbographs and Lange's upcoming Grande Sonnerie... Lange just didn;t tell him what "soon" is.. LOL
