Living here in the San Francisco area, I suppose I should consider myself lucky to have a Certified Rolex Service Facility where I can give specific instructions not to over-polish, to carry out specifics, etc. But we don't have a Lange service facility n... 

Other brands could make you wait for weeks or months just to regulate... I can't imagine such a watch life Yes, he is THE asset to watch lovers in NYC or in US. Ken

quickly, correctly and so inexpensively that I won't even breath a word of it in public.

He has helped me withe my limited editon Wempe in rose gold, and did a wonderful job all the way around. This gentleman is just a clas act,he is the best. James

and his adorable wife Stacey. I wish I had a medical doctor as competent as Alkis is with my watches. I would trust my life with him, no kidding.

No such thing here in Tokyo, because the service center is the same for all Richemont, and the Lange side isnt that much better. Right now my RL is out there again for the 2nd time, and still hasnt come back yet! Cheers Stephen

I just received my Lange 1 back -- they do such great work and return the timepieces in pristine shape. Stacey is great to deal with and Alkis is one reason that I choose Lange over other brands. He makes servicing incredibly pleasant.
