I think I must not be as observant as you... even under a loupe I can only see a few minor things on my dial. Some ripples, one black dot or so, one white dot on a black numeral, otherwise mine looks good! Mine was an early serial too... I would have expected that the later ones maybe are the most perfect just from practice?
