I was into my AD today and I must say the collection there was absolutely tasty. Buy something that makes your mouth water...do you get the picture? And then take some shots, post em on PuristSPro and let us drool with you ... 
Grande Lange 1 Platinum
Considering purchasing a Grande Lange 1 Platinum; however, I have heard that Grande Langes really are not that desirable to other Lange afficionados for a variety of reasons. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

...in the house of Lange. What does your own taste run to? [Errr, apologies for the grammar - "to what does your own taste run???"]. I happen to prefer the L1 as being a little smaller (and therefore less obvious) on the wrist, and the overlapping 'dials'...
Initially, I don't like the circles overlapping ...however seeing this piece...

In my humble opinion, the Grande Lange 1 looks awful
The movement and dial layout was not designed to be of that size. Just my personal opinion. - SJX
