Regarding to your question: I think the writing of German has disappeared just a few years after SWATCH Group bought Glashuette Original.
Nowadays the greatest markets of the brand ( China, USA ) are english-speaking, for that reason it is important to have the writings on english.
As you obviously know, Lange is part of the Richemont Group, and maybe their intern rules are more flexible regarding the traditions.
Anyway, I haven't realised, that the new models have english writings, but I must admit, that I have personally older, discontinued Models from Glashuette Original, only with german writing..

If only there were a way to keep the patina after servicing!
That's the sad part of servicing a Lange -- the disappearance of the movement patina!
Is there a possibility to ask them to not " remove " the patina?
Or does it necessarily disappear when they service the movement and clean it? Best, Nicolas
I asked Alkis that question last year...
... and he said that there is no way to avoid removing the patina from the movement when cleaning the movement to remove the old oils, etc. Otherwise, I would have selected that option, for sure! :)
