When I leave Rome every year, I don't forget to throw a coin into the Fontana di Trevi to make the wish to come back to the Eternal City. I don't remember if I did the same in the Lake Como 3 years ago when I attended for the first time the Concorso d'Ele...  

I arrived on Friday at the beginning of the afternoon at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The first thing I did was to open the window to enjoy the view from my bedroom! I didn't have a room with a view on the lake this year but it is good to discover a differen...

The second day was the most important one since it was the day of the Concorso! The Concorso takes place every year at the Villa d'Este which is located closer to Como than Tremezzo. So we needed to take the boat to the South of the lake to reach the Vill...  

After a very busy day at the Villa d'Este, we knew that a good breakfast was required to be ready for the packed schedule of the last day! One of my dream came true: to be able to enjoy a Fiat 500 Jolly in this environment! No safety belts, no doors but w...  

It was a good and very nice virtual escape from the grey Paris. Best, Nicolas

The Saxonia AC is a very nice watch, perfectly balanced. But for me, it lacks the little something of the Langematik Perpetual. The Platinum version is for me the nicer but the WG version with the blued hands is more legible. I will try to come back on it... 

Not saying that I wouldn't love to own the annual calendar one day but it would be hard for me to chose that over the perpetual. Tony
