Interchangeable and both are sized appropriately for men or women. My wife tends to wear the Cabaret more than I do, but she also wears the Lange 1. I have enjoyed having these in the collection as are such a great matching pair, in my favorite metal, and very versatile. Having a few pieces the wife can wear is a great way to stay out of trouble when spending lots of $$ on new watches.
