That's a tricky question!
These subdials are a problem for me.
Thus I think that my attention would have been directed toward the Langematik Perpetual and the Richard Lange only, and not toward a chrono anymore.
But it remains very hard to tell objectively as it is still an appealing watch and maybe it would have taken the place of the normal Dato for me.
That's a tough one :p

This is a great watch technically speaking

But I must say I prefer this "arrangement" in the Patek chronos compared to the Lange Dato Perpetual. I like it on the normal Dato though. This one really has too much elements in a very small room. This is what I don't like.

and the most legible of the perpetual chronos, in terms of the most important info--time and date. The case of the Dato/perp is better balanced in diameter/thickness than the original Dato, and despite the iconic status of the "simple" Dato, the added QP ...
