This is the only watch...
... that I remove from my wrist and put on my desk, with the movement facing me, when I'm working. I just love staring at the movement. It's high art -- not too busy like a chronograph movement, but also not too simple. And I love the way the various elements are balanced visually and aesthetically.

have been close to buy it several times, never worked out. The one I think makes sense is the phantom, handled it a couple of times, fantastic watch but the complete package was just not convincing.... To be continued Dirk

This is probably my favourite Lange movement and I actually prefer it over the Datograph
looks more sturdy and modern to me.
It has this futuristic mechanical feel to it that i just love!
It is beautiful because it offers something different...

Lange got the name wrong
They should have called it the ‘Zeitkunst’, not the ‘Zeitwerk’. It’s a work of art.

The movement of Zeitwerk is indeed gorgeous. I can stare at it for a long time. The jumping digital display is also unique. But the 42mm size and nearly 12mm thickness is slightly too big on my wrist. Best, Henry
