It is quite interesting that the Roger Smith series 2 and the Lange up and down share similar functions and are both manually wound. Even though the Lange is beautifully finished, the RW Smith is arguably quite special.

I think my photographer was actually better than I thought! It does not scratch too easily in all honesty but the watch is 10 years old.

Perfect distillation of Lange spirit +useful complication + perfectly balanced dial. Great choice
