What a great read, and beautiful pics, too! Just heard a few hours ago...
... that my 308.021 is back from servicing (for the first time in about 13 years) and waiting for me. I'll pick it up in a week or two. I am excited to see what the dial and movement look like through the newly instaled AR-coated crystals (the original crystals lacked AR coating). I hope you continue to enjoy your lovely watch!
