Overseas indeed ...

 

I did try the Overseas 4500, but the size on my wrist is the same as the DJ 41 ... too big.
However, the Overseas 5300 (small model) suits my wrist very well and I really like the model. Unfortunately, for the price they are asking, the value is just not there imho ... only 40 hrs power reserve, non free sprung balance, trade off on the antimagnetic properties etc. Even the leather & rubber straps have to be special order as the ones supplied with the 5300 are incredibly short, which is strange as the steel bracelet suits me.
I guess I would really love to see something new and sporty fro JLC, but they will probably not invest in a new steel bracelet as the current butterfly design with the master compressor diver & reverso grande / sport is kinda OK (even has duo-micro adjustment) - but a bit to bulky.

I also tried on the smaller model - with diamonds but it will also come without - and very much liked it. The straps seemed ok...I think...well that is to say, I don't remember an issue with their length! But I spent more time with it on the bracelet. I a...

Microadjust is something that many makers sadly lack. At least you can get a 1+1/2 link for the R.O. bracelet. Try not to think about the baggage of any piece. It put me off Rolex for years until I just stopped caring what anyone else thought.
