There's no 24 hour indicator anywhere on the dial so I suspect that our old friend Frank N. Stein designed and built this one and then sold it on Canal St. in NYC.

LOL, I thought the picture was not so good. If you examine a little closer you will see I took one of the Seamaster hands and laid it upon the Offshore's crystal. Sorry for the confusion!
