.. and bring your ROO close to it to see if it is magnetized. Didn't you keep it in near your cell phone or digital camera for an extended period of time? If it is magnetized, either go to AD or Boutique to ask for demagnetization (decent boutiques and ADs do have de-magnetizer and a watchmaker or two.

That performance is not normal and not representative of AP. I do always give a brand new watch some time to run and settle in, but I don't think that is the issue here. Whatever it is, AP's customer service is exemplary, and they will take care of you.

it took mine about 4 months to settle in, its 45second/day before and now about 3-5. I found out by let the watch on and off expedite the process.
