Has anyone picked up one of AP's new 42mm Royal Oak Offshore Chronographs in pink gold?...

I used to own the yellow gold model which was a bit heavier but the new rose version is a bit of an upgrade nonetheless.

Super heavy, but evenly comfortable around the wrist.

Michael : I own the strap version, and it indeed is spectacular. I owned the 44MM novelty in RG which was heavy as a rock and the ceramic bezel hid the fact that it was a gold piece. I wanted a gold bezel which AP makes them but mostly in limited editions... 

And I understand your sentiment about needing a gold bezel to finish the look. Hmm...

I have always wanted to pull the trigger on a AP RG offshore, but for some reason I can not commit to a purchase. This model looks appealing with the bracelet, how is the weight on your wrist? I do not like heavy watches. Sean

And you prefer the bracelet model, it might not work for you. The new open casebacks do reduce some of the weight, but the bracelet model is still a beast. I do not own one either; I tried it at the AP Boutique in Bal Harbour during my last visit.

The bracelet version is a real show-stopper!
