I'm not so much into Rolex anymore. Sold my last one recently, a Sea-dweller D-Blue.
For me, it's now Patek and AP. I have been thinking about a SS double balance wheel as well for quite some time but I'm still not sure whether I really like the openworked dial. I guess I would rather add a couple of thousand bugs and buy a SS PC with blue dial (although the double balance wheel seems to be a better investment). Best, Volker

If the rest of that bezel fades away, you can always go to ceramic. I still love the look of the original, but the practicality of ceramic is something to consider.

Its look is very elegant and cool. The titanium/platinum mix together with the rhodium-colored dial is a perfect match. BUT, IMO, nothing beats AP's blue RO dial. Best, Volker
