I have a good experience with the Rubber B strap on my Patek Philippe Nautilus.
The overall quality of the strap is very good, the strap is comfortable to wear and nicely designed so as to fit with the overall design esthetics of the watch case and even the texture of the dial. It's made in Switzerland. I would suggest to get the strap in the version that will allow you to put the deployant buckle on it, rather than going for velcro, but this is just my personal preference.
