...I recently started to look for replacements of watches I had back in the '80s and '90s that I sold when I was young and stupid. Now older and I hope wiser, I realize my mistake and I'm on the hunt for three of the models I had. There was a Patek a Vacheron and an Audemars. I just found another Audemars, although it's a much newer model (1st generation Millenary). I didn't plan on buying something this new when I first started looking, but I just couldn't resist this one. So now I still have to replace all three since this new (to me) Audemars just doesn't count as a replacement. So the hunt goes on! Best of luck with your new acquisition and this time don't give it up!

but I would not exclude ever doing that one day. I am sure that people who collect vintage watches do this on a more regular basis. Best regards, George
