Did you find the clasp uncomfortable?
I wore a Royal Oak chronograph on a City Of Sails rubber strap and adored it. Great watch, but a worthwhile sacrifice for your collection.

True. This is a fact of the Royal Oak & Offshore designs...
The strap plots keep the strap away from the wrist a bit where it attaches to the case. I find I can wear a 47mm Panerai or watch with a similar strap attachment, but on the AP you need to see how it fits.
I know you don't want to hear this but...
Why did you do that Nicolas! haha I don't know if I could give any of my watch think i get too attached haha... Have never seen that watch in person looks amazing in picture bet it looks better in person... Ernesto

and a very, very nice chronograph, indeed! Everytime one comes up for sale, I am very tempted! But a 5402 is a 5402, no excuses necessary! It is the essence of it all! And it is actually the AP I regret having sold: ...
