Lets get this straight.....

 

You bought the watch second hand, after enjoying it for a while you begin to suspect that it doesn't function 100% and so you return it to AP - the people that you didn't buy it from in the first place! Presumably so that you could save money. AP confirm that they will observe the watch, diagnose the problem and then fix the problem completely free of charge.....and they confirm that they will do all this, in writing BEFORE they actually know what is wrong so that you, not even their original customer, can rest easy in the knowledge that your second hand watch will come back like new. 


I'm sure I read somewhere that you said you were dismayed and extremely disappointed but looking at the facts I'm sure that one of us is mistaken.
