I agree nobody should be above the law (except in the US, where countless politicians and celebrities are), but this is no big deal. He paid the taxes and moved on.
I am more interested in the super cool rotor!! But I still wish AP did more with this watch. Regular numerals and an old school small guilloche, at the very least, would have given it a much more "limited" feel.
