No, it looks authentic to me
AP made a shorter version of that clasp that reduced the length of the "AP" folding wings. On smaller wrist sizes, the standard clasp holds the bracelet too wide, if you will, where it meets the wrist bottom. The clasp on yours must have been changed to the smaller size. Unless you have a really large wrist, I would keep that as is and enjoy the added flexibility that clasp allows.
