AP rates its water resistance at 300m; I would have no concerns taking it down to normal recreational scuba depths.
The bigger concern for most folks is taking such an expensive timepiece diving. I do not share that worry. Of course, you might want to be careful of boat ladders and all of the other scratching objects around. It is actually extraordinary to see a fine timepiece under water IMO, and I would love to try this Diver for its intended purpose.
