Traveled from Singapore to HK to meet him after confirming an appointment but they never show! I think they are legit - but have zero respect for customer service! ...  

I'm a regular customer of this Company and I would say they have the best watches and best customer service ever. I like dealing with them because aside from having the best watches, they also have the sense of humor which everybody will like. Especially ...

from any wholesaler, retailers are the ones chasing them, not the other way round. Unfortunately the wholesalers are the ones who makes our lives difficult at the AD's when trying to track a piece.

In fact as we speak they are sourcing a watch for me and they are very reachable ...

Simply my experience after traveling for 5 hours to meet this highly respected watch man. I would have presumed he turned up or made arrangements prior, as agreed. It is what it is - I would not deal again.

At the end of they day they came to the part and we did the deal. Just need to work on the communication and timing. All was ok in the end.

When a long time Purist chimes in, we can count on that a lot more than someone who joins just to post about a given topic.
