The croc strap was a real pain to get a hold of..
Policies might have changed for the better in the past years, but when I originally contacted AP parts in NYC, they would only sell me the rubber strap as a replacement. Had to go through more inventive methods to get the croc strap.
Would love to hear from other folks if they had similar issues getting straps and accessories that were not part of the original shipped configuration of their watch...

I have purchased straps from the Clearwater service center.
