Same chaos in Europe !
On top of it our roads are getting worse by the day, potholes, unlogical placing of signs and traffic lights. In Belgium we still have the 'priority on the right' .. now imagine a fluent road that stretches over 5 to 10 kilometers with around 10 to 30 str...
Totally, exactly the same circumstances like Southern California - way too many motorists, too slow to repair and repave roads, and the right-turn privilege as well....
Far too many people rolling stop signs when there IS another vehicle at the intersection etc.... X{
