Škoda has become the smart choice, value for money brand over the last 20 or so years and this is another example of a probably very successful vehicle for them. Much more spacious than a Tiguan but built of similar components, costing less - it will definitely work. Not my cup of tea dynamically but otherwise a nice car

Well I currently own 2 Skoda's (company cars)
And have owned 2 before and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about their reliability and low cost of ownership. Resale value sucks. But if you run them over 250.000 km that is not an issue anymore.

As an owner of a Skoda Superb, this new model could be interesting for me... if it has a huge boot like mine (it is a distinctiveness of Skoda including). At least, I like the design of this new model. I will keep en eye on this car. Best wishes Alkiro

I heard that a new Seat SUV will be on the same (larger) base ...
... than the small Ateca that was recently launched. For my two dogs, this would be the right class. I am a bit taken aback that Skoda apparently has uruped the Seat design - more and more, all VAG cars look alike. Marcus

SUV. No surprise, Skodas are essentially VWs with a slightly lower price-point. It ought to be a quality, reliable vehicle. Has a bit of the Evoque look in the profile design due to the sloping roof and light units. Cheers, Filip
