Thank you. Since it's from 1978 it originally had rubber bumpers, which is how I drove it back in the day. In 2008 I converted it to chrome bumpers and grille plus lowed the front and rear suspension.

Did the new air kit improve the temperature ? One of the issues of MG B is overheating when driven in summer (my parents have one I enjoy driving, except it tends to overheat particularly in the traffic, but on French Riviera in Summer...)
Also, how do you open the boot / trunk with racing aerodynamics back (behind the driver) ?
I can only assume the air kit is doing the job as it should since it takes air from in front of the radiator and not from the engine compartment as it did before.
The only time mine would ever overheat was when the carbs were out of adjustment, which caused excess fuel to burn off in the headers. The headers would get cherry red -- never a good thing. That added a lot of heat around the engine. But once the carbs a...
