I thought so at the time and it appears to say that on the car.
However, although a badge does not a fast car make ... this car looks the part.
Notice the suspension? And it has headers and side pipes.

This is akin to finding Livingstone, Mike. Production '64 Ford 427s . . .
. . . are rarer than hen's teeth. Of course, it's possible the owner 'created' this Galaxie from a 390, or an even a more pedestrian version. You should ask for a ride . . .
