I am sorry to hear that your new Blancpain has not performed to your expectations. There is no excuse for poor after sales customer service if the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer.
I would find out who manages the Asia service and contact them or I would contact Blancpain directly in Switzerland.
If the watch is very new they should offer you a replacement.
I have several Blancpain's and many other brands and it is not uncommon to have problems with any brand of mechanical watch, even brand new watches can sit in the dealer's showcase for an extended period before you end up purchasing it.
The key is how well you are treated by the brand AFTER you have purchased the timepiece; Many brands really fall short in this very important area. I do not patronize any brand that does not stand behind their product, nor should anyone.
Blancpain service ( Switzerland ) has treated me well, however.
