I have excactly the same watch and I bought a little bit over a year ago the "very las"t X-71 Blancpain had in their inventory. Anyhow, I like my Aqualung a lot; it is reliable, accurate and it was a very nicely priced watch.

I hope you will enjoy yours as much I enjoy mine every time it's getting some wrist time.

Nice catch - and it made me think about getting an Aqua Lung Grand Date myself, however I would go for it on a dark brown Barennia strap. cheers henrik
