It seems your dream has a little bit faded and I understand your thoughts about its case size.
At one time, I was tempted by this lovely Blancpain with its Tourbillon and its really cool 8 days power reserve. But, when I calmed down, I thought to its size too and I decided to not pull the trigger.
As I couldn't try it (may be you can which could be perfect to make a rational choice), I didn't want to take a risk and be disappointed.
I know that there's a premium to pay, but why don't you think to the Leman 2125 rather than this Villeret 0023? You'll have a 38mm case size instead of 33/34mm.

I think the BP tourbillon is just exquisite, but IMO the size would now be a challenge for me - which is a shame and it may well change again within our generation. I have certainly moved
from 45mm to 42mm and now to 38-39 mm over the years, but I think that is my sweet spot now..

Blancpain at its best....unbelievable timepiece...great work in collaboration with Calabrese...only 7.8mm thickness, 8 days power reserve...I can't really think anything better than this work of art!! I'd do it with no hesitation whatsoever....all the bes...
