the Milspec 1 IS my favorite watch, and without a doubt, it is the iconic fifty fathoms, However, as you say, there is also something truely beautiful about the very simple rotomatic incabloc dial that has something... its a bit like the early Submariner,...

are you sure, it is not a re-print? the Rotomatic and Incabloc print does not look right to me.... but you should know; having it handled. both are excellent watches and i think it not that difficult, to find the right hands for the milspec. kind regards....
