Hmmmmmhhhh. I have to admit, I have had the same thoughts. To adjust the length of the strap (to a different hole) and adapt it to the wrist, I will use a small plastic coin. I am concerned about scratching the screw of the deployant clasp with a normal screwdriver or a metal coin. 
The whole strap I will only have changed at my AD. I don't want to "mess around" with this myself.
I would also have hoped that Blancpain would deliver a special tool (like a wrench, screwdriver or something else) in the original box so that you can do it yourself. For example, how is Panerai offering to be able to change straps by yourself.

All you need for the strap change are two 0.9 hex screwdrivers…
