Villeret Ultra-Slim Power Reserve Problem/Issue
I have just bought this gorgeous watch a week ago at Tourneau's sale in NYC. It features a ~4-day power reserve indicator. You can manually wind it using the crown, while watching the power indicator move. Likewise, you can wind it by simply wearing it on the wrist (like a regular automatic). After wearing it for a few days I have experienced the following: a couple of times the watch suddenly started vibrating - it felt/sounded like the rotor inside was spinning very fast; simultaneously the power indicator gradually dropped to zero and then the watch stopped. Basically, the watch unwinds itself, regardless how much reserve it shows I have. I was wondering whether anyone experienced anything like that with their timepieces or similar models. I hope this is not a major glitch. Any feedback/ideas will be greatly appreciated...
