I have another explanation possibility: Its indeed not a Flyback, but a Léman Chronograph with the Flyback-style dial. That would probably make it unique. Another possibility is hinted by the low production number (which does not necessarily indicate an early watch of this reference!): It could be an early or a prototype dial. The first Flybacks (in the early catalogues at least) had the 'Flyback' inscription in the 6 o'clock subdial.

Finally, I noticed that the colour of the luminous material in the hands looks white than on the dial. Please compare to the catalogue pic you posted!
