From an historical watchmaking and aesthetic perspective I love tourbillons. The fact that it is an (almost) useless complication - sophistication - appeals to me even more in this digital world. Part of the attraction of watches for me is the fact that they use mechanical movements to track time, and the Tourbillon represents a particularly complex way of achieving that; the Rube Goldberg of escapements. Not to mention the fact that the finishing, assembly and regulation of the Tourbillon is relatively complex.
And I like to rest my Tourbillon on its side over night, so for half the time I can take advantage of the gravity-defying escapement, just as ALB envisaged it.
