You would not miss with the 7057, but the 7027 looks like better solution - it's made with no compromise, with the movement designed especially for it. If you like white metal, go for the white gold version, though yellow gold one is closer to the philosophy of this watch and of Breguet in general. The 7037? Also cool. But IMHO its retrograde seconds hand is less useful (or just less attractive) than the power reserve indicator of the 7027. Last but not least, it's simply exceptional to wind such timepiece manually...

I have the YG version
and it is a fantastic watch. I also considered the WG model but for me the YG one was more "original". Anyhow, I have been 100% happy. Good luck! Kari

I saw it in flesh and wore for a while. Wonderful watch, I'm just not sure that bigger case is the solution, as the basic movement is the same as in the 7027 version. But maybe that power reserve indicator axis on the dial looks very Breguet...
