I have the one too, and wouldn't mind owning the other as well (though it is a bit thick).
Both are very lovely.
But from what you have said before, I imagine that the Breguet is more wearable. My gold Tribute Calendar Reverso is heavy enough, that platinum model must provide a real work out! All the best, Jon
