I dd some research, yours is the ref. 3827 90 piece Limited Edition, Super Rare and Cool
whereas the one Emalit has I think is earlier than yours Ref. 3820 The caseback is different, solid vs. yours which is a display back, the case size is 39.5mm vs 39mm for yours.

I think maybe it is a rare limited production watch vs. yours which is a limited edition watch.
